The U3A Larnaca is a non-profit organisation operating in the district of Larnaca, Cyprus.

 

Its function is to facilitate the provision and sharing of knowledge, skills, interests, pastimes, hobbies, crafts, etc. to its members.

 

Membership is multinational and available to English-speaking persons who are, in principle, no longer in full-time employment.

 

Group leaders offer their time, skills and/or experience to organise specific group activities for the benefit of the U3A members.  The Group leaders do not receive any remuneration.

 

A six-member committee oversees the administration of the U3A and is elected annually by the members of the U3A at the AGM.

The U3A is a duly registered club No. LAR/S/67 operating within the legal requirements of Cypriot law.
